The objective for my Europe-run is to collect a representative passenger plate from each country in Europe from the 1970s and up to the current plates. In addition I've included a few other countries likely to be seen on European roads.

In my description of the various plates I differ between series and design. With series I mean the codes and serials used to build up the numbering system. With design I mean just the outlook of the plate. So, a series can be used during various designs, and vice-versa.
